InterCon50 board connectors are part of the InterCon50 interconnection system, the most complete line of .050 centerline bard products, cable assembly and flex assembly products in the industry.  These high density connectors can be found in a wide range of applications including portable electronics, desktop computers, servers, instrumentation, network equipment, workstations, supercomputers and medical electronic products.  Their standard connectors meet most parallel and perpendicular board to board applications.  Surface mount, through mount and straddle mount product options are available as part of our standard product offering.   Polarity features, board locks and connector options, offering a variety of board to board stack heights, are available.  Latching headers to be used with our high speed, high density, cable assembly system are also part of the interconnection system.

InterCon 1mm board connectors are part of there InterCon 1mm system that also includes cable assembly and flex assembly products.   These high density connectors can be found in a wide range of applications including portable electronics, desktop computers, workstations, super computers and medical electronic products.  Their standard 1 mm x 1.27 mm connectors meet most parallel and perpendicular board to board applications.  Surface mount, through mount and straddle mount product options are available as part of the standard product offering.   Their  low profile 1 mm x 1 mm system is designed for top or bottom entry and allows board to board stacking as small as .067 between boards.

InterCon offers a full range of cable assemblies and flex circuit assemblies that are fully compatible with our board connectors.  Expertise in wire management and fine wire termination to connectors, flex circuits and circuit boards allows them to meet the demanding challenges of their customer requirements.  They can terminate coax and micro miniature ribbon cables using wires as small as 46 AWG (.0015) on .0045 centerlines.  InterCon systems also offers welded terminations of 44 AWG and larger type T, K or E thermocouple cables.   High performance assemblies are also available when high speed signal integrity is required.  Custom and over molded strain reliefs are available to help provide very rugged assemblies that meet long term reliability requirements.
