Printed Circuit Board Terminal Blocks LMI offers a wide range of fixed PCB Mount Terminal Blocks for all electronic and electrical wiring solutions. LMI terminal blocks offer a wiring range of 22 AWG to 6 AWG, with volatage and amperage ratings ranging from 300-750 Volts, and 10 - 45 Amps. A complete selection of mounting options are availible, with 45º, 90º, and 180º wire entry. Most blocks are availible with 2-36 pole configurations, and a default center to center pin spacing of .200"/5.08mm. All LMI's terminal blocks are manufactured using UL 94 VO rated grey Polycarbonate (Lexan 500) plastic. |

Printed Circuit Board Tab Terminals LMI's 1/8" and 1/4" quick-connect terminal strips have precision molded plastic housings that help keep their nickel/tin-lead plated brass tabs securely held in place on PC Boards. This innovative LMI design helps prevent cracked solder joints. Strip contacts are rated for 8A and 25A at 300V max. All are availible in 0.100" increments. Pluggable Socket Connector for Printed Circuit Board The Pluggable Socket Connector is specifically designed to provide for versatile wire to board connections. Widely used for industrial and measurement applications, it is constructed of resilient UL 94 VO rated Polycarbonate (Lexan 500) plastic with working temperatures of -40ºC to 125ºC. A wide selection of PCB Mount Headers is availible for these connectors, offering you convenient access to the PC Board. Test probe holes are availible for most series, allowing the engineer to access the internal mechanism of the terminal block for an accurate voltage and amperage reading. The pluggability feature of this product line minimizes costly down time, while maximizing functionality through interchangability. |

Power Connectors The Power Connector is specifically designed to facilitate main (external) power connections to a chassis, rack or panel. It is constructed of resilient UL 94 VO rated Polycarbonate [Lexan 500] plastic with working temperatures of -40ºC to 125ºC. A wide selection of Panel Mount Mating Headers are availible for these connectors, offering you a secure connection. Perpendicular Screw-and-Wire and Standard Screw-and-Wire configurations are availible where field wiring is simplified to enable the technician to visualize the screw and wire from the same angle. These connectors can also be used as feed-through terminal blocks, enabling you to connect on one end with a solid or stranded wire, and on the other end with a fast-on connector. |

DIN Printed Circuit Board Connectors The DIN Connector is ideally suited for dense wiring applications using a DIN 41612 format for VME and 19" racks. They feature DIN pluggable screw connectors with 32 and 48 connections. These connectors mate with standard male right angle or vertical DIN 41612 type D, E or F headers using screw and wire parallel cage clamp technology. LMI has fit up to 48 wires in a 90mm X 30mm package. The connectors are rated at 6 Amp per connection at 250 volts and will accept 22 AWG to 14 AWG wire. All units come standard with positions marked 2-32 or 2-48. Polarizing keys are also availible. They are constructed of resilient UL 94 VO rated Polycarbonate [Lexan 500] plastic with working temperatures of -40ºC to 125ºC. These connectors are equipped with the popular Standard Screw-and-Wire technology, where field wiring is simplified to enable the technician to visualize the screw and wire from the same angle. |

Edge Card Connectors The Edge Card Connectors are designed for applications where easy replacement of printed circuits is required for servicing purposes. A variety of options exist to meet your engineering goals. Housings are available with 6 to 25 positions, clamping screws can be 45º angle or parallel to the PCB, and card guide accessories are availible to achieve greater stability in PCB mounting. Other options include tab terminals for quick connect, as well as standard pin configurations. They are constructed of resilient UL 94 VO rated Polycarbonate [Lexan 500] plastic with working temperatures of -40ºC to 125ºC. |
